1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our facility. To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@kisaanaura.com or +91 8967673560 with your order ID. If the payment was already made via Razorpay or QR Scan, a full refund will be initiated to the original source of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • After Dispatch: Once the order has been handed over to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Because Makhana is an edible food product, we do not accept returns for orders that have been successfully delivered, for hygiene and safety reasons. We only accept replacement or refund requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged or tampered with during transit.
  • You have received an incorrect product.
  • The product has expired by the time of delivery.

3. Process for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@kisaanaura.com or +91 8967673560.
  2. Provide your Order ID and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product, along with the shipping label and packaging.
  3. Our team will review your request. If approved, we will either send a free replacement or initiate a full refund based on your preference and product availability.

4. Refunds

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method (via Razorpay Gateway or your UPI/Bank account used for the QR scan).

Please note that it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
